Apple unveiled its new battery case for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S. The case is priced at a hefty $99 which happens to be an additional luxury to the users of iPhone. The battery case holds a capacity of 1,877 mAh which prolongs your iPhone battery charge to provide you with 25 hours of talk time, 20 hours of video playback and 18 hours of web browsing over LTE along with the battery in your iPhone.
Though the design of the battery case is hit harsh from critics, it does have its own positives to prove them wrong. The battery case has a bump in the middle of the case which was not well received by most people, but then it helps iPhone with better cellular coverage as it has built in antennas. The case doesn't charge your iPhone to 100 percent as it possesses a little lesser capacity to that of an iPhone, but when combined with the iPhone battery, it powers your device for a good amount of time, may be a complete day.
The phone once placed into the case embeds itself into the iOS and you can monitor the battery percentages of both iPhone and the battery case when you draw the notification bar from the top. There is no LED to display separate battery level for the case. Apple is known for its design standards, and this turned out to be an embarrassment for most avid lovers of Apple and its products. Few loved it, but then most hated it. So, it's gotta be you who has to choose at the end, whether you love it and buy it or reject it for cheaper battery cases that are available in the market. But you won't get the smartness this case provides, embedding your case into the iOS, monitoring your battery levels straight on the screen and improving your cellular performance.
